I ordered one t-shirt and one hoodie as samples of what I would receive before placing a bulk order, and I'm glad I did. The artwork that is supposed to be "Digital Print" looks more like heat press vinyl than printed ink, and all color edits I did to the artwork to make sure it would stand out on the dark navy shirts didn't get applied so now several parts of the image are hard to see. Also spent significant time making other color changes to limit the number of colors in the artwork to keep the cost down, which was a waste of my time because none of those changes we applied when they printed it. And yes, all those changes were saved, and still show now in my proof when I placed the order.

The ordering process was very smooth. However, I paid shipping costs to receive my order before a specific date and did not receive it in time (hence the 6 review for customer service). Otherwise, I'd definitely order again! (This time with plenty of time to allow for delayed shipping.) I loved the hoodie and zipper sweaters I ordered. Great quality!
